The 2.0 update for Dandy's World, adds 4 new toons, and a bunch of new gameplay features! With all these changes, everyone's rankings are all reshuffled. In this video we're ranking each the toons, from all the mains down to shrimp. We crown a new best Toon and talk about ones that fell from grace.

I especially love how Vees ability allows you to see if someone’s on a machine or not, which allows you to 1. Not waste time or stamina going to a machine with someone on it, but also 2. Enables you to tell people to go to the elevator when the person on the last machine can’t or doesn’t. Her passive helps everyone survive at least a bit longer.

goob is really good specifically because of his stealth as well. lowest stealth for a kiter atm, so he can save every toon other than brightney and shrimpo. obviously twisted vee's new buff is an issue but if you play it right you're def at least not having other toons getting in your way as often as pebble/tisha are
since pebble and tisha have 3 stealth instead of goob's 2 stealth they just straight up cannot save vee, teagan, goob, as well as The Two Who Cannot Be Saved (bright n shrimp)

also regarding goob's ability.. i feel like people don't give his ability enough credit since it can be used in a lot more scenarios (at least compared to pebble) if you know how to use it!
FOR EXAMPLE bringing a chased teammate like a vee towards you so you get closer and can snag the twisted. obviously as well as ele dragging (op for slower toons u cant change my mind) and getting them out of the way of another kiter.
it's way less selfish than pebble's abilities atm and it doesn't have the limitation of tisha's ability not really working for toons who are out of stamina. not even mentioning the invincibility frames that were added recently that make it less likely for a twisted to get you mid-grab !!!

tldr: goob good cuz the twisted priority system makes it harder for teammates 2 get in his way and his ability is very flexible and doesnt have a lot of limits besides bad communication and the buggy selection system har har

Still this day, I think Scraps would need a skill rework because it's so bad for solo and too teammate dependant.. 5 star stamina might seem a good tradeoff but it's really not.

The Pebble bias is real raaahhh

Okay so i think Pebble is at least a high A personally. Being able to just effortlessly escape your mistakes is really nice, and extracting isnt impossible, itll just take a while. While on the topic of extracting, you can also equip an extracting build with trinkets and youll still be easily able to escape your mistakes, only difference is Toodles and Vee become genuine threats because of it. Other than that, theyre just the speed boi that everyone adores, but i personally think theyre high A.

Honestly pebble is underrated, the higher stealth is annoying but as long as other toons keep away its the optimal distractor especially with the dog plush and speed shoes. As long as the pebble player knows what they are doing and there is proper communication it can be an amazing toon

The pebble segment is so real. He's SO cute but I wish he was more useful, I'm hoping we get another toon that's as cute as pebble who's maybe an extractor. (I also thought he was a seal 😭)

I find vee very delightful for solos, maybe even better for brightney with the best extraction, twisted reveal every 60s and every machine highlighted for you

idm abt stealth or chase stats because as long as you can hear how close main character footsteps are, or if it’s just a random common twisted you should be fine

Razzle actually has shrimpo speed on even floors (but vees extraction speed)
And razzle also has pebbles movement speed on odd floors (but shrimpos extraction speed)

I feel like RnD, Scraps and Bri all deserve to be in B Tier
Sure, they can be a bit tricky to use, but I don't think they're bad enough for a C Tier
And Goob? S Tier, I can't believe they put him in B Tier, honestly I'd be happy with just an A Tier
Imo, he is the best kiter because of his stealth and ability; the lower the stealth means it's easier for Twisteds to focus on you and his ability is really handy
EDIT: After making it to Floor 24 w/ Pebble, I think all of the kiters are equal, their strenghts are good in different Situations

As a Flutter distractor, I agree that Flutter is well done.
Her ability is already nice tho and as an unlucky lucky player (Getting a Pebble on floor 5) all my teammates survived for the thing that I was distracting over a Pebble with ability, dog plush+pink bow. I do recommend Flutter if you know how to use her.

i wish scraps instead had 4 stamina 2 skill check 3 movement speed 4 stealth and 2 extraction this would make her alot more unique and not overlap with sprout
