Due mostly to how much i have learned here, and in part my own natural inclinations, I am very comfortable in my journey, largely along the lines of animism. Thank you for the amazing work you put into this channel. And thank you so much for how clearly you have presented this topic, at such a time that it is so very needed. Watched it earlier with a friend, rewatching now because i liked it so much! Great love from the land of the Timpanog!

EDIT: it is said that, if there are 12 people at a table, eating, laughing, and agreeing with each other's company, and one of them is a Yatzi, there are 12 Yatzis at the table.
I tend to agree with this saying, so that's my personal opinion on Flowers.

For a set of ideas to become common, writing books is not enough.Either we talk about wicca or neopaganism or asatru or just history afficionado, to me personally, it all comes down to an animistic approach and a deep respect to the natural world. This cycle is one of the few things in this mortal life that has god-like propèrties.Take care of yourself, sir.

Precious video. And yes, more talks on Animism would be great, for me, personally, at least; I think there is much to re-learn and remember 😉

Hi. Thank you. Thomas Sheridan was mind controlled by vatican operatives in June of 2021 and has been promoting Freya Aswyns successor Tina Kemp since who deplatforms pagans who disagree with the racist views of her and her friends who took over his internet. I was popular with my voodoo research but now banned anywhere they talk. Tutu. So happy for your last 3 videos.

It’s my belief the runes came into Germany via the Alans. You can find the Scythians had a runic alphabet, whom the Alan’s descended from - and not to mention the Alan’s called themselves the Ass, Os and Asi. This would likely explain why King Charles has the emblem of the Sassanian dynasty on his crown during coronation.

I read thorsson 9 doors of midgard. I share the same feelings about ideology . I've been seeking a cohesive magickal system for practical modern use. The yggdrasil model and correspondence to the northern soul complex I found deeply inspiring once purged of bigotry and racism.
I like to.chase leads to get beyond the errors of our forefathers and ancestors. Thank you Arith

Here are the requirements that one must study and pass in order to be called a runologist within academia—that is, a real runologist.
And Flowers has not studied any of this, which means he is not a "real" runologist.

---

How to Become a Runologist?

To become a runologist, one typically studies linguistics, Old Norse, Nordic languages, archaeology, and history. There is no single degree titled "Runology, " but specialization in the subject is achieved through academic studies. Here is the typical path:

1. Basic Education (Bachelor's Degree, 3 Years)

Nordic Languages – Studies in older Swedish and Old Norse, including the development of runic writing.

Old Norse Philology – Learning the languages in which runes were written, such as Proto-Norse, Old Norse, and Old Germanic.

History and Archaeology – Understanding the historical and material context in which runes were used.

Classical Philology or Indo-European Linguistics – A useful complement for understanding linguistic development.

2. Specialization (Master's Degree, 2 Years)

To specialize in runology, a master's degree focusing on runic inscriptions, epigraphy, and Nordic languages is usually required.

Some universities, such as Uppsala University, offer courses in runology where students can write a master's thesis on runic inscriptions.

3. Research (Ph.D., 4–5 Years, Optional but Common for Experts)

At the doctoral level, one can conduct research in runology, writing a dissertation on runic inscriptions, their language, or their cultural context.

Examples of research topics: the meaning of runic inscriptions, the function of runic magic, linguistic development in runic texts.

Where Can You Study Runology?

Uppsala University has a strong tradition in runic research.

University of Copenhagen and University of Oslo also offer courses in Old Norse and runes.

The Swedish Institute for Language and Folklore (ISOF) and The Swedish National Heritage Board are important institutions for runic research in Sweden.

Summary

To become a runologist, one must study Old Norse languages, history, and archaeology at a university and usually specialize through master's studies and research. Most established runologists have a Ph.D. or a solid research background.

It really seems that Christ was a Celtic druid.

Very interesting, this difference between runology and runosophy. The way I approach and understand runes is more related to runosophy.

I suggest Runosophistry instead of Runosophy.

Realistically and honestly, when you brush over the terms "racist" and "xenophobic" what exactly do you mean by them in actuality? How could any of that apply to runes and be important enough to mention when explaining their background (which you didn't really get into with this video, actually)? I ask because these days those terms have become extremely loaded and have become so overused that they carry zero value and are extremely watered down. Truly, a more valid criticism would be that neopaganism and their associated runes are scams due to being a modern invention and that's an argument that needs very little proof or explanation. It all becomes a historical "he said, she said" game of muddy waters when most of us are really only interested in the facts without the opinions.

How about this. Don't use runes esoterically. Use them as an alphabet instead.
