By that time I will be dead and starved to death so congratulations you will not have a living tenant when you come for the money because I have not been given my money for over 3 months. I want Desantis arrested and put in jail and charged for every person that has not been paid.

With previously working in legal, the average time of a Florida eviction is 3 weeks from the the date the 3 day notice is served however depending on the same date, it could be 2 1/2 weeks. The thing many people do not realize is after 3 full days of the notice, in the 4th, business day, the eviction is already in the persons record and is not removable. Once it's on the persons record, problems for years follow. I have won against landlords myself and with the proper steps, anybody can but it is not a easy task and specific details must be gained.
