New Zealand has joined countries like Canada and the UK in cutting rates, moving from 5.5% to 5.25%. This shift marks the beginning of their easing cycle, driven by rising unemployment and economic slowdown. Watch the video to understand the potential impacts on Australia's property market and what it means for investors.

What do you think will happen to rental income if rates drop. Will rent drop also or has rental income found a new support?

Looking at what's happening in the world today, in the US, UK, and Europe, and the pushback and restraint for continued migration, Australia will follow the lead from these other countries. It always has, and it always will. Australia cannot continue to import its population growth, and it needs to start growing organically again with an increase in the birth rate for this country, which has collapsed by 55% over the last 50 years. The migration card has an expiry date.
