I learned some cute tricks, from watching this video. One tip I'll leave you with. Anytime you have something that will bolt together with another piece, always grind or cut out a "KEY" across both pieces. That way there is a permanent MARK, that can't be painted over. You line those two grooves up together and the bolt pattern ALWAYS fits. It can be done simply by bumping the edge with your angle grinder. Nothing extravagant. Just a little groove 90 degrees from the edge.

I like what you did with the vacuum. cleaner. My only suggestion would be instead of using regular nuts to hold the two cylinders together switch out the nuts with what are they called those wingnut your butterfly nuts this way you don’t have to carry a wrench in your pocket. Sincerely me
