Level 3 chefs may be more professionally trained, but the Level 2 chefs are ALWAYS more personal and authentic. Beth and Lorenzo are my favorites.

level 2: there can never be more, only better

Level 2 will always be the best out of the three. They’re more experienced than level 1. But loves to keep is simplistic compared to level 3. I’ll go with whatever a level 2 would make any day
