Presentation: Prof. Chen Rongchang, Prof. Stefano Nava, Prof. Xie Lixin, and Prof. Pan Pinhua have been managing severe COVID-19 patients in the front line. They presented overview of respiratory management for severe COVID-19 patients in China and Italy, and 2 case reports from Wuhan and Beijing.

Whenever reach criteria for NIV they should receive high dose dexamethasone: anti-inflammatory, and for surfactant producing lung cells

But as per current WHO guidelines we should give NIV to patients for 1hr.and if condition does not improve, start M. V.

@1:00.32 it mentions a oxygen mask- what kind of mask. Nonrebreather., Rebreather, Venturi mask?
