- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 pieces Thai red chili (bird's eye chili), sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 stalks green onion, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 225g chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (1/2lb)
- 1 cup Thai basil, packed
Pad Kee Mao Sauce:
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp regular soy sauce
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce (sub with regular soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp sugar
