She gave a very realistic and healthy plan. Since few days i have been searching about healthy eating and listened to many nutritionists and every one told the same thing. Take a balanced diet and incorporate protien in every meal for muscles.
If you don't take protein in old age you'll face muscle loss and weakness.
I see uneducated people in the comment section who are hating for no reason.

Why are so many people in the comments are making fun of this healthy schedule?
She literally includes all the healthy nutrition in her diet which should be the ideal way of intaking nutrition in proper amount.. Indian diet is largely just carbs which doesn't promote health hence protien is a must learn from her.

Breakfast - chana+chola chana+soybeans+peanuts + almond +raisins (everything soaked)
Lunch - Daal chawal
After workout - 2 eggs
Dinner - Roti and sabji

I include 2 bananas and the leftover breakfast in my day whenever I feel hungry

Sunday is fasting

Achievements

4-6 pistol squats with complete depth or 22 one leg squats with mid depth
