Just a quick video going over the RMA return of my Hobby King H-King Voltigeur. It has been 8 days, the model is yet to be returned and PayPal are now involved.

Great job Jake, you CAN'T let the BIG companies push you around. They will stall you as long as they can, it keeps said cash on hand in their control. The best way to fix this is to let BAD social media do the job. BAD reviews hurt their cash flow.
Well done sir. REMEMBER business is there for US the customer, NOT the other way around.

To be fair to HK out of almost 30 orders I've only had two support issues; a faulty battery charger which was replaced (no return needed) and a missing Y-lead, which they replaced.

I agree though that their support is slow; I recently lodged an order modification request to remove an OOS item and it took almost three weeks to be processed!

I'm sorry I don't mean to laugh at this but you ordered a plane, received it, found out it had something wrong with it, made a complaint, opened a dispute, complained some more, and made a video all in 9 days(which is probably less but you posted this Feb 3). The part I don't get is they made you an offer of $10 and your response "i want a replacement, not half arsed refunds", why be so rude about it. Why not ask if it would be possible to ship it back and get a new one instead? Also, you have plenty of time to open a dispute, you do realize that any company will be less likely to help you when you have a dispute open. Why can't people just be nice about things and realize it will accomplish more to be nice then react like an arsehole every time.
