Yumm! Knedlo Vepřo Zelo! I grew up eating this meal in the US due to my grandmother's Czech roots! Her father came over as a small child during the time of Czechoslavakia, he was Czech though. Best comfort meal ever! I never knew the traditional name for it though, as she just called in "kraut and dumplings" 😊❤

Fun fact Czech flag is blue red and white. Is because red. Rebosents the red blood of all esteem Europe’s people the blue represents the blue sky of Eastern Europe and the white represents the white milk of eastern Europe moms
