Some Corrections: 1. Fascist Italy had already been defeated by the time of the Tehran Conference; 2. Churchill did not want an invasion in the Balkans instead of the liberation of France: he believed France was the priority; 3. Roosevelt did not think that colonialism was a greater threat than communism, but he did want to ensure that the USSR regarded America as a country it could do business with, while he was eager to ensure that the British understood that the establishment of the UN would mean the gradual disintegration of the British Empire.
