How to Discover and Understand Your Work Style | Self-Awareness = Key to Career Growth

Having a deep understanding of who you are and how others perceive you can help you figure out what you want to do and where you want to go.

The more we can bring our whole and authentic selves to work with an understanding of what matters to us, what energizes us, and what drains us, the higher likelihood we will be successful. The first step in career growth is having that self-awareness and understanding of which environments energize us and which we naturally gravitate toward.
