I dont like the second mod, it promotes looting everything without any logic on what to keep or throw away.

The game needs ONE thing to change, either make artifacts worth a lot more (3 or 4 times the current price), repairs cost less (half or even third the current cost), or stashes contain actual valuable loot instead of being 95% meds, ammo and food (add one full durability rifle+pistol or an artifact).
