Try to take all micro nutrients in the form of vegetables, dry fruits, season fruits.
Try to take at least 2 to 3 different coloured vegetable and fruits. Try to use the different types of grain like bajari, jowar, Ragi and all others. it's good to take rather than multivitamins in markets.
