For a short times you could get 900 noted rune bars from rock crabs at 1 / 111, 000 worth roughly 9m.

I got this drop two months into OSRS release training a pure and it changed my bank entirely, to this day I’ve never met another person that’s received this drop and a few years ago now it was removed from their drop table and the Wiki.
