Nokia Lumia 720 | Nostalgia & Features Rediscovered!

In this video, I take a closer look at the Nokia Lumia 720, one of my favourite Nokia Lumia devices, and it happens to be an excellent example of how a midrange smartphone should be! The video also includes an unboxing of the Lumia 720 in its man of steel edition!
The Nokia Lumia 720 carries the same iconic design language that Lumia flagships had but in a very sleek form factor with great features and an innovative camera on the back. Its windows phone 8 operating system also ran beautifully.

I had one yellow 720. It was a great phone. I loved it a lot. It gets attention from everyone. It had 2 days battery life which I had never seen on any smartphone.

I can't thank god enough for not being the only one obsessed with lumia phone since the beginning, it's so beautiful to see someone that sees and remembers all the beauty of nokia lumia, i remember screenshoting and watching all the nokia lumia photos and videos on my ipad 2 as a kid and growing up to buying many nokias after the unfortunate death of the brand, but thankfully in my country i can still hop in a sim card in a lumia and it still works

This is really nice! The 720 is the best looking Lumia in my opinion, the second being the 820. I still have them simply because it's a joy just by looking at them.

Thank you, Abdulla, for making this great review. I always wanted to get the Nokia 920; I know you are speaking about the 720. On Nokiamob you wrote the review of the 720 and I feel I may have forgotten which is the one I wanted all along. I liked the 720 but now I see that the Nokia 920 is the one I craved for, it might be because it had an 8mpx sensor vs the 720's 6.7mpx sensor. I got the Nokia 735 instead with the same type of camera sensor, which it had 6 elements to be able to capture some amazing photographs. Even though I had super positive feedback about the 920's body design, not to mention I wanted the yellow or red vs the plain white on the Nokia 735 I had, but the camera of the 735 made me feel grateful enough with my choice. Nokia software camera tricks really were ahead of its time, with amazing action shots, being able to choose which frame you wanted or include all of them was the best part of taking photographs. I do not see that on any phone nowadays. The 720's camera, I remember reading was not too far from the specs of my Nokia 735 which I lost when moving. The shutter speed, ISO, focus, able to configurate white balance, the list goes on. While Pixel and Samsung as well as some Huaweii phones dominate photography, back when these Lumias were around they were top of the game, and I believe this is why is hard for a lot of Nokia fans to forget. We hold great nostalgia for these devices that may have been abandoned, becoming obsolete, but not forgotten!
