I have just bought apple watch 8 and wanted to ask two questions
1. When there is any call it doesn’t automatically show on my watch, i have to raise my wrist to see any notifications or calls.
Is this normal?

2. I have few medical conditions also and I just checked that atrial fibrillation doesn’t work here in india. Is it true?
And how can i make it work? I need to track my Afib.
