o 1 seedless cucumber , sliced into half-circles or quarters
o 1 bell pepper , diced
o 1/2 small red onion , diced
o 1/2 cup Kalamata olives , drained
o 2/3 cup feta cheese , crumbed or cubed
o 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Dressing
o 1/2 cup olive oil
o 1/4 cup water
o 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
o 2 tablespoons lemon juice
o 2 tablespoons honey
o 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
o 2 cloves garlic , minced
o 1 teaspoon dried oregano
o 1 teaspoon dried dill
o 1/2 teaspoon salt
o 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

The written recipe indicates half a cup of olive oil, the verbal a quarter cup.
Which one is correct?
Of all the dressing ingredients, I'd say that's the one that you want tested by the recipe developer. The others- mustard, honey, lemon, salt can be more a matter of taste.
But the oil to water to vinegar ratio should be correct!
Please edit so that your verbal and written recipe are consistent!
