EPSRC Funding Options | Options Available for Early Career Researchers

Four EPSRC staff who deal with #funding applications on a daily basis discuss the funding options available to early #career #researchers and address common myths around applying for EPSRC funding.

The EPSRC operates two different types of scheme for early career research applicants which are the managed mode calls and responsive or standard mode application.
- Managed mode calls are specific time limited calls in specific subjects.
- Standard mode schemes open at any point in time and have regular assessment cycles and applicants can submit anything that falls in EPSRC's remit.
