whatever you do, you should add to this list, I've seen him play and he beats the absolute hell out of most of the players on this list, he's only m1, but he is only less skilled at playing than maybe Add to dictionary, a true up and comer.

well i'm gonna guess this vid is only related to youtube players.Since you must bare in mind there are more skilled players then these.
But it all comes to speciallity.For me best tanki Players are:
UDJIK(Bp)
Pard(smoky/hornet)
PORTES_S(Xp)
RicoGod(ricochet)
TheThreeWishes(twins)
GodMode_ON(Heavy + drugs)
those are only specific ones i know :P
btw MIKI3 is very skilled as well.I play with him almoust every day.
