Ken becomes a Frankenstein on Halloween night and tries to haunt the three friends

SML Idea: "The Horse Race!"

Plot: Jeffy, Junior, Joseph, and Cody and reading the newspaper. They find out about a $1, 000, 000 horse race and go tell Chef Pee Pee, who is about to cook. After hearing from the quartet, he gets excited and decides to take them to the contest and decide on the fastest horse they can find, Santos. Jeffy takes some cheerios. At the horse track, Chef Pee Pee asks Junior and Jeffy to race their horse around the track and Joseph and Cody are asked to time the race. Not knowing what the chef means, Jeffy and Junior run around the track with Santos, angering the chef. Jeffy is hungry from running, so he gets his cheerios out. Later, Chef Pee Pee decides to use apples to help Santos win the race. When the race starts, Junior is on the horse, and Chef Pee Pee, Jeffy, Joseph and Cody decide to show Santos the apples. Later, Chef Pee Pee, Jeffy, Joseph, and Cody notice a minivan and use it. As a result, Santos wins the race. Later, Chef Pee Pee gives the gang Happy Meals to celebrate.
