I first learned about Tanabata through an online friend. He is Japanese and he sent me some photos of the Tanabata Festival celebration in his city. Unfortunately, we have lost contact but I’m glad that he introduced me to the wonderful story of Tanabata. I hope he is doing well and I hope that he will enjoy the Tanabata this year.
