Being a geordie I know nothing about rugby league but what I do know is all of us up here sadly missed the magic weekend which is well named.
All of the clubs fans who come are great company, mix freely with each other and are more than welcome back to Newcastle so hopefully it will return to us in the future.
Who knows we might even begin to understand the game itself.

From a Wigan fan, well done Hull. Better tean won today and scorline flattered us in the end.

Too many errors cost us this one, and alot of them from the likes of Miski or Marshall. Our young lads should be proud.

Easy for others to put this down to an abscence of Field and French, but I think last week proved that this is not the problem.

I think this wake up call has been coming for a while, 10 wins in a row and a challenge cup final victory means we had it all to lose. We always seem to find a way to lose a "sure thing" game each season and in my opinion it shows the the "worst" teams in superleauge are still competetive at the top level and the margins between teams are finer than it might look at first glance.

Again, well done to Hull FC, great performance today and something for the fans to be proud of.

At least saints lost as well 😉
