Dear sir, these videos are very much helpful. Unfortunaterly, I was not able to attend your course during my stay in IIT Madras during my MS. I have one simple and silly question, Can you please state difference between time series analysis and data analysis? I have this doubts as data analysis is very much used everywhere now days as compared to time series analysis. Kindly excuse me if my question looks silly.

Professor Tangirala explains statistics and probability from application standpoint, which is easier to understand. Math professor's lecture usually is harder to follow.
