Just bought an XMaxx! First proper high quality hobby grade RC truck. Thanks for educating me on my new purchase! I bought it and immediately broke a rear drive cup by switching to 70/30 without adjusting the throttle trim and it went flying backwards into the corner of my homes cement foundation 😭 10 minutes of fun and I'll have a week to wait before it runs again haha

I love that yall were upgrading the kids ride on. My 5 year old son has a power wheels fourwheeler that I've modified to run off a dewalt 9ah 60v battery with a speed controller. He can literally take that plastic toy anywhere I can take my real fourwheeler. The next upgrade will be rubber tires.

Been binge-watching this channel since I've found it; it's wildly entertaining. My last RC car was an Associated RC10T I got in the mid-1990's, haven't been into the hobby since. My main question for the poster or his fans is, how does one find areas that are friendly to all the noise and chaos these delightful machines generate?

My son loves your videos and watches them obsessively. Got my friend to bring his xmaxx around as my son is currently visiting me during the school holidays, got to the skate park to have a problem with the clutch, went back got it fixed and took for a test drive outside the house. It drove 5 ft then on the first full power run the esc died in flames. Looks like he will have to wait a little longer to drive an xmaxx but he's loving the videos!
