This could be Steve's brother for sure. I'm so glad someone from the show posted this because I've been looking for it. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy, Matthew, and Steve really became friends. Can you imagine the look on people's faces when they see Matthew, who they THOUGHT was Steve, hanging with THE real Steve Harvey. Wouldn't that be a good joke? Especially if Steve goes to where Matthew lives in Florida. Please use one of those cameras that you can hide and won't draw attention.
