I've never thought about my feet, mostly my sleep and frequency of headaches reminds me that i haven't supplemented Mg for a while.

What moisturizers do you recommend for feet? I’m new to your channel, so if you’ve already answered this then I apologize. I find that especially after showering, that they’re dry so I’ve been using olive oil after showers. Then, I carefully dry them, so I don’t slip.
