GM ofc. Then grab Hackett. If it sounds like some other team is going to hire Hackett, sign him right away, and get a gm later. I dont even know what all a gm is supposed to do but Bob has the money part figured out

Definitely hire the GM first. Of course, if they hire two or three of the GM candidates they're considering, I don't think it will matter.
