Kids YouTube is Actually Insane

YouTube channels "for kids", a wasteland of content that is for anything but the youth. Today, we look at one of the most insane animations I have ever seen on this website. Buckle up.

I am disgusted. This is absolutely terrifying. I don’t want to be a crazy strict parent that makes my kids hate me but there’s no way I’m giving them unlimited access to the internet, especially not YouTube. I see parents just putting iPad’s in front of their kids all the time, at the dinner table for example, to keep the occupied and quiet and I get it because you don’t get a break from parenting and you’re tired but can you imagine seeing your kids watching a video like this. It’s scary. Keep your kids safe y’all. Monitor their activity and limit their technology. Interact and talk with them, don’t let YouTube do the parenting. Yikes.

Youtube Kids is a joke. YouTube will decide to mark videos inappropriate for children straight to the YouTube kids app. And 90% of the time, when YouTubers try to appeal that, YouTube refuses. YouTubers know there own content way more than some bot. I’ve seen gore and racism be marked as for kids just because they’re cartoons. It’s ridiculous.
