Furious/HAP is what I have been running on my Preussen and it works great. I take FP over CE. In fact I build both Preussen and FdG for main guns. Schlieffen is the secondary line, no point in forcing secondaries on ships that don't do it as well. Especially not with the Pan-Am BBs coming out that are going to be better mid-range secondary BBs anyways.

Secondaries do feel like a bait at times. It's not like the Preussen's secondaries are accurate enough to hit at 11-12.5km, and you still have 9.2km range with them which is what I think is around the sweet spot to start doing significant damage.
