That was unironically one of the best things I've heard in a long time. I've had debilitating social anxiety for years and each time I'm exposed to a new set of circumstances it feels like the end of the world: I start to stumble over my words, I cant take in new information or keep track of conversations, and my body does the opposite of what I want it to do. For as awful and dragged out those moments feel, they also prepare me for similar situations that may arise later down the line. I rarely, if ever, comment on social media posts nor do I follow your content religiously but your page provides a (much needed) moment of respite for tons of guys and girls out there, thank you for being a genuinely great presence on this platform
