Well, I'm sorry I missed this show.

I have been an arborist since the '80s. But I have not kept up on equipment. But now I am interested in learning more.
And I saw the Silky booth. A few years ago I discovered what is probably the Silky saw tooth pattern. I get the impression that several companies make Silky type saws under license. I would like to find out what the story is. But there is a saw now that I really like, made by Corona, Stihl, and others that cuts smoother and better than the old traditional saws.
Oregon took a stab at an improved pull saw that can be sharpened with a chain saw file. I'm sorry I spent that money! The Silky-pattern saw (if that's what it is, ) is Waaay better. And I'm sorry to have to report that. Oregon has been good to me. It's usually Stihl who rubs me wrong.
But right now Stihl has some good hand tools too!
