Unequal Installments In compound interest

A loan of rs. 34370 is repaid by three annual payments, the second payment being twice the first and the third payment being three-fourths of the second. if the Compound interest rate interest be 10% per annum payable annually, find the last payment.

Sir i have one doubt. In one of the questions of arun sharma the question is of same type. The only difference is that It is given An amount of 12820 due 3 years hence, is fully repaid in three annual installment *starting after 1 year*
From this method i am not getting the answer
