TODAY'S RECIPE IS Soft Spongy Marble Cake Recipe Without Oven | Easy Marble Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
marble bundt cake
2 eggs white
Sugar 1/2 cup (add gradually)
Beat until stiff peak
Egg yolks ( add one at a time)
Oil 1/2 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Milk 1 tbsp
Mix well
Pour half batter
Mix well
7 inch bundt mould
Grease oil
Dust some powder
Pour vanilla batter
Pour chocolate batter
Repeat the process
Heat the pan for 5 mins
Cook it on medium flame for 30-40 mins or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
