Minecraft is a game about breaking and placing blocks. At first, people built structures to protect against nocturnal monsters, but as the game grew players worked together to create wonderful, imaginative things.

It can also be about adventuring with friends or watching the sun rise over a blocky ocean. It's pretty. Brave players battle terrible things in The Nether, which is more scary than pretty. You can also visit a land of mushrooms if it sounds more like your cup of tea.

SURVIVAL MODE:
In this mode, players have to gather natural resources (such as wood, stone, etc.) found in the environment in order to craft certain blocks and items. Depending on the difficulty, monsters spawn at darker places on the map, necessitating that the player builds a shelter at night. The mode also features a health bar which is depleted by attacks from monsters, falls, drowning, falling into lava, suffocation, starvation, and other events. Players also have a hunger bar, which must be periodically refilled by eating food in-game. Health replenishes when players have a nearly full hunger bar, and also regenerates regardless of fullness if players play on the easiest difficulty.

There are a wide variety of items that players can craft in Minecraft. Players can craft armor, which can help mitigate damage from attacks, while weapons such as swords can be crafted to kill enemies and other animals. Players may acquire different resources to craft tools, such as weapons, armor, food, and various other items. By acquiring better resources, players can craft more effective items. For example, tools such as axes, shovels, or pickaxes, can be used to chop down trees, dig soil, and mine ores, respectively; and tools made out of better resources (such as iron in place of stone) perform their tasks more quickly and can be used more heavily before breaking. Players may also trade goods with villager mobs through a bartering system. Emerald ores are often the currency of the villagers, although some trade with wheat or other materials.

The game has an inventory system and players are limited to the number of items they can carry. Upon dying, items in the players' inventories are dropped, and players respawn at the current spawn point, which is set by default where players begin the game, but can be reset if players sleep in beds in-game. Dropped items can be recovered if players can reach them before they despawn. Players may acquire experience points by killing mobs and other players, mining, smelting ores, breeding animals, and cooking food. Experience can then be spent on enchanting tools, armor and weapons. Enchanted items are generally more powerful, last longer, or have other special effects.

Players may also play in hardcore mode, a variant of survival mode that differs primarily in the game being locked to the hardest gameplay setting as well as featuring permadeath; upon players' death, their world is deleted.

In the update 1.4.2 you can click and drag the item in whatever shape. Also when there is a block in your inventory all by itself, you can double click that item and get all of the items back in the same stack.

Setting goals for each episode really helps me focus the series alot more, since Minecraft is almost like create your own adventure, so getting prepared and ready was all part of that process to work towards an end goal :D

If you use a pickaxe then there is 72% chance of getting flint rather than gravel which in my opinion is quite helpful when trying to get arrows for your bow.

Ahh damn, that's kinda sad :( would be fun to see them all falling down and dying haha, Do you think you will fix it? or just leave it be, and one more question, when this serie is finished you may do another one right? :D because i love this one :) just all the building and stuff you do, and not just mining, make some stuff and rush to the end :)

Yeah once this series is finished I will be starting a season 2 after a small break in which I will be doing an adventure map or two, then when season 2 starts it should be awesome, got a cool mod too add that will be our main focus of the second season :D, as far as the Mob Spawner goes I might try and get it sorted out when I have time.

I think they despawn after 5 minutes, but when we run over too it, they should be in there dying anyway, just seems nothing is spawning inside it ><

ohh and about that mob spawner, the items also dissapear after some while? so maybe it does work, but the items are gone when you check it?? or am i just stupid :p
