Test022 - Dynamic level Buttons

- When a button in the level packages area of the “level selection” menu is clicked, the levels area of the menu is populated with a dynamically generated button for each of the levels found inside the level package clicked on.
- All level .json files in the level package selected has a respective button when the package Is loaded.
