So my name is Amy and I am 50 years old. I will soon be 51 and I am doing a quick little review of the Beverly Hills MD Dermal Repair Complex Capsules. They are like supplemental capsules and I'm doing it for the Consumer Health Digest and I'm absolutely loving them.

Let me tell you some few things about them. This is why I like them. They have natural ingredients. They list their ingredients right here on the side of the bottle. You take two capsules per serving size or per serving. And look at the sizes. They're just like the standard capsule. Let me see if I can get that right. See, just a standard capsule. Easy to swallow. So you'll take two capsules. And they say to take it, you know, like with water or something to eat.

I personally do take my vitamins and supplements and that sort of thing when I eat a little bit of something. So everybody's different. It says take two capsules daily with a meal and eight full ounces of water as directed by your health care provider. I really do like it. This is from the Beverly Hills MD. It is supposed to help your skin and I've been using it for about a week. Now, I also do other things with my skin. I exfoliate. I do what I need to do and so I am very conscious of what I put in my body and on my skin and with that said, I'm actually very pleased with this thus far.
