i tried the soup trust me its horrible total wastage of vegetables. the taste was not gud n color n appearance of the soup 🤢

If your life style is active, going outside, walking normal for 30 minutes, doing all Ur house chores, eating our normal desi diet in moderation...no weight gain.

Ok one thing these celebs fail to mention is hormonal troubles. Crash diets in the name of healthy diets take alot to adapt for our bodies who aren't used to it gradual changes should be done and hormones get messed up esp for females with irregular bleeding and spotting.

everyone just keep your diet simple. control portion do workout. Use least amount of oil and ghee avoid food from outside. Be happy and own yourself!

This diet is too unrealistic 😒
This is not a right way to Loose weight
You can easily loose weight and fat just being in caloric deficit
You can eat whatever you want just by following this
●Caloric deficit
●Workout
●Increase your daily activity
●Increase your water intake
●take good sleep atleast 7 hours
●eat 80% nutrition full things and 20% junk like chocolate, ice-cream and whatever you like.
I hope these tips helps you to loose weight ☺
