If you use upi like gpay or paypal etc account spending limit option will not you have to enter a credit or debit card information i guess

The solution is to add more funds and it won't show up
...worked for me. Im typing this because i had this same issue and the video wasnt of any help. sorry to those who couldnt find the solution for months
