(For those who don't know, New Zealand held a submission for a new flag design so they wouldn't be so similar to Australia. Practically no one took it seriously and figured the government should focus on more important things, hence the submission of the beloved laserbeam-eyes kiwi.)

I like the idea of the moon in the Mexican Flag. In fact, Mexico means "The place in the moon's navel"... And, I still can see some resemblance with the rabbit in the face of the moon from prehispanic mythology. Very appropriate.

For countries with Arabic calligraphy in the flags, theres a specific type of calligraphy called Kufic script which looks very space age. Specifically modern Kufic and Square Kufic look very aesthetically pleasing.

World Flag Animation but:
- Every country is theocratic (Christian, Islam, Buddhist, Hinduism)
- Every country is puppet states
- Every county is at war and uses their war flags
- Every country uses non-rectangular flags
- Every country is revolting (revolution flags)
- In the style of Japanese prefecture flags
- In the style of Saudi Arabian Flag (Motto with weapons/national insignia)
- In the style of counties with canton

I like the focus on sweeping curves, orbit rings, and non-five-pointed stars. Overall the lack of "just some lines" flags really makes it more dynamic, not to mention the animation. I don't know much about flags, but this looks really really cool!

damn I really loved the concept of the flag of Brazil at 0:30, the circle with the stars in our flag represents the states of Brazil so maybe in the space flag it would represent the countries of Earth? because they are in a blue circle it could represent our planet because we often call Earth the "blue planet" on top of the flag there's a star (the sun) that radiates yellow light throughout the planet and the white strip could be a rocket going "towards the stars" since the sun is also a star.
