When I read about that small study, Cordoba, and the subsequent dismissal by the legacy medical journalists, I knew that medicine industry was out the window in my country, Canada. I then searched every week of European studies being done. John Campbell and others changed my approach to my healthcare. Thank you all who chose to speak up.

Doctor Cambell up until a few months ago I have been suffering from long covid, I also have asthma. After watching your video on Vitamin D3 I started taking 5000 ius daily. My energy levels are back to normal and I can climb up small hills, without getting breathless. Thank you so much.

I had a friend in her 80's who was told by her doctor or nurse practitioner that her vitD levels were too low. They said she would have to start taking an osteoporosis drug if the levels were not increased. They prescribed 500 units of vit D. Not surprisingly her levels were still low a month later. She asked me what she should do. I recommended going out in the sun with as much skin exposed as she was comfortable with for 15 or 20 minutes a day and 5, 000 units of vit D. I gave her one of my bottles of D.
A month later she had her blood work done and the nurse practitioner was stunned to see that her D levels were nearly what they call normal. They asked her what she did. She was afraid to tell them.

When vitamin D was discussed in Parliament during the pandemic the official UK Government response was that more evidence was required. They preferred to look the other way and this is what enrages a small number of people who have a good idea of what is really happening.

I don't know if this comment will be read by John, I really hope so, but I really want to thank you John for being such a great point of reference and impartial during the hard times we've been living in. I'm so sorry not to have known you much time ago. I got one dose of Pfizer "vaccine" 2 years ago, at 31 and my health has been totally disrupted since that point. I've watched quite a few videos of yours to understand whether you had been skeptical since the very first day but you hadn't. You followed the scientifical communities since the very first day but as soon as you started seeing dodgy stuff going on you have had the intellectual honesty to change your mind and start questioning whether what has been going on from a couple of years was in the interest of peoples' health or not. Thank you very very much David. This world needs more people like you

I took your advice 2 years ago. I was depressed for most of the time, hobbling with arthritic knees, suffering from migraine which I've had all my life, unable to sleep both because of the pain in my back and the sciatica it caused. All of those have improved gradually over that time. I can walk properly, quickly and do some exercise, I can sleep with no pain. Migraines have become less and less debilitating and I haven't one for 5 months. Thank you Dr John. Looking forward to reading Prof. Anderson's book. Maybe it will help me convince my family of the necessity of taking D3.

A few years ago, in the United States, a study was done using vitamin D. It was taken orally by the participants. Their levels were measured before, and after. I forget for how long they took it, but it was at least several months. They found the levels did not rise as anticipated. They then had the participants consume their vitamin D with the largest meal of the day. It was only then that the levels began to climb. They surmised that the largest meal of the day contains the most fat.As vitamin D is fat soluble they attribute the success, and increased rates, to fat content in the meal.

I increased my vit D intake to 6000 iu after watching your videos several weeks ago, and I've been attending a liver specialist clinic for some months. The nurse on my last visit asked if I was taking any vitamin supplements because my vitamin D levels had risen to the best she had observed in many patients. Thank you both for this excellent video.

Yoga poses I do daily: Tree, Warrior Three, Half-Moon, Eagle. I started doing balance work after falling down the stairs a few times. Those four poses will help work your core and improve your balance as they are all single-leg standing poses. I do a bunch of other poses for flexibility, range of motion and strength too. Yoga has a lot of benefits for seniors.
