I finally understand why you leave the broth... i had tonkatsu ramen for the first time recently. It was so much better than imagined. I finally understood what you ment describing it as funky. By the time i finished everything in the broth i was stuffed... the broth was so heavy... i couldnt even imagine drinking it. And i hate wasting food but i couldt do it. I didnt even have the whole bowl for myself, thats how heavy it was.

Anyways. Sorry for ever clowning on you not finishing the broth. You were always right.
