Those look great! Fantastic job on the artwork. It seems I'm always a couple of months behind, in my youtube backlog and it burned me this time. I would have loved to have a couple of these.

Do a powered screwdriver like LTT, but cool and analog n stuff with AA batteries non-lithium.
Do a eight bit computer. Franduino it. It'll sell out. Put an audio board on board.
Do a guitar pedal case.
Do a guitar pedal kit.
Do a pencil case.
I think you could have a nice sideline here moving into small manufacturing like a lot of small workshops... I also know it's harder than I think it is to sustain. Maybe ask the Evil Mad Scientist people how they get on with niche electronics kits. It seems a natural fit for you and your channel.

@FranLab re: Can A Viral Video Ruin Your Channel?, the number of subscribers doesn't matter, but the number of people who've "rung the bell" to get notifications does, because it makes for more views. If videos are almost daily, a lot of people won't turn that on (I don't) because it gets too much to keep up with.

Subscriptions don't expire, as others have said - I have ones still in my list that I haven't watched in years. Some YTers have reported them being removed by YT, but it's always possible that's just a bug in the system. All you can do about that it remind people to check if they're still subscribed.
