the i5 8400 cost 250$ in my city maybe the i5 9400f cost 270$ but the ryzen 2600 cost only 180$ lol

Ryzen 5 2600 needs to be overclock to compete with the intel i5 9400f stock.. I'll go with the intel i5 9400f and rtx 2060 with a cheap memory..

The 9400F costs 12, 250 Rs. (176$)
And 2600 Costs 16, 599 Rs. (238$)
So I think I should get 9400F

AMD processors are normally not designed for gaming but also rendering or streaming. Intel tries to make gaming CPU's very hard but AMD doesn't just go for gaming. See how i5 9400F is so much slow in rendering a 4K file. It took me 7 min on the Ryzen 5 2600 at 4.1GHz and 11 min on i5 9400F

Edit: just buy a 2600x the only time you should buy an intel cpu (new) is if you want to build an overkill pc.
