RECIPE:
Each recipe makes about 10 balls
Ingredients:
Cacao Almond Date Balls:
200g (7oz) pitted madjool dates
85g (3oz) almonds
2 tablespoons raw cacao
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
Pinch salt
Cashew Tahini Date Balls:
200g (7oz) pitted madjool dates
85g (3oz) cashew nuts
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons desiccated/shredded coconut
Pinch salt
Walnuts Cranberries Date Balls:
200g (7oz) pitted madjool dates
85g (3oz) walnuts
50g (1.76 oz) dried cranberries
3 tablespoons desiccated/shredded coconut
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Directions:
1. Process nuts for 10-15 seconds, until crumbly.
2. Add all the ingredients and process until sticky, about 1 minute.
3. Squash the mixture and roll between your hands to form balls.
• Store the balls in the fridge up to a week
