Your performance in Maastricht with Johann Strauss and André Rieu was a magical moment in time, your voice is a gift to humanity - played on the battlefield of Ukraine it would make savage men stop fighting for a time.

- do you realize the impact your voice has on people?

You make adult men and women cry, I have not had a tear in my eye since the funeral of my moms best friend years ago.
I have been watching videos of people reacting to your performance at Maastricht. It's not just me and a few others, almost all are shocked, stunned to tears, some don't blink their eyes for several minutes, many just sits shaking their head speechless and can't believe it is true what they are experiencing - this is not normal!

I don't think this have happened before in the history of man.

The few people not standing ovation at your performance are simply too stunned and dizzy to stand up or comprehend what's going on.

Hope you get well or are able to live with your disease, my own nephew was born with almost no fingers, so I know it's not easy.

THX for sharing your voice with us all, and THX to your family and André Rieu with the whole Johann Strauss Orchestra and video makers for making this extraordinary experience possible.

I'm sure I will never experience such a thing again in my lifetime.

Part of me wants to hear more performances in english and have a broader audience. Another part of me says Dutch is a beautiful language and "feels" familiar to english. It also allows me to focus on the pure vocal mastery rather than worry about the words.
