Where I get the woman get more pay..I work all over different sectors and employees only work in 1 sector and I get the same money, it's so wrong being trained all over the plant and no extra pay..the people here a long time got more money for being trained in extra places but they stopped that a few years ago for new beginners but they still get it, yet I'm on low pay.
