Mary Tyler Moore may have been the star of "The Mary Tyler Moore Show," but one thing that all the women agree on was that she was never one to steal the spotlight. Valerie Harper, Cloris Leachman, Betty White and Georgia Engel say it was because of Mary's generosity that they were also able to shine so brightly on the show.

An incredible group of women. I can only wish that this feeling of sisterhood existed in more females today. I am sure they had their moments…. But magic like that existed because everyone brought their ‘A’ game to the project and allowed each other to shine.

Years or smoking, boozing and diabetes definitely made Mary age far more than the other actresses - and Betty and Cloris have a decade on her easy. The facelift isn't helping either. Her eyes look messed up.
