Sony Android TV reviewed. This one is a 43" W800 series. For the same price I recommend going for and Android TV rather than just for a normal smart TV as it gives you more options and flexibility with downloading apps. Also it does what an Android mobile phone can do. Really happy with this.

In have sony smart and android tv experience. In my point of view if the picture quality of basic tvs are the same as the smart or android tvs than its far better to buy basic tvs and android box separately cz in case of tvs after 3-4years the company will stop supporting the tvs. like mine SONY EX720 40inch smart 3D tv lost firmware support after 4years also to be noted they removed the youtube app from the tv with their last firmware update. n avg customers wont be changing a tv in every 3-4years so better to use separate android box

Great review. My question is: right now I am using the ‘Chrome cast gadget’ to mirror my S9 Plus to my LED LG TV which has an HDMI port, but the quality of the image is nowhere close to what I get on my S9 Plus. If I invest in an Android TV will there be a difference in the image quality as compared to using the ‘Chrome cast dongle’. Also when you say a “Shared Laptop drive” does that mean that my Laptop should be always turned on for this TV to access my Laptop drive? I have subscribed to watch all your videos. Please pardon my dumb questions, I am really new to this concept.
